Our skills are based on several decades of activity in property development, agency development and property administration within the Belgian division of one of the largest property organisations in the world, Colliers International.
By the nature of the product, and, among other things, the high registration fees in Belgium, property investment does not seem very flexible and therefore, it is rarely the subject of active management.
